I had some fabric and vinyl left over from when I re-upholstered my seats in my '70 a couple of years ago. There wasn't much fabric left over but, mom presented me with these today (the reverse side is vinyl):

Occasional pillows! Now all you need is a matching lap robe and you're set.

What did they call that type of fabric? It looks like it should be on your grandmother's victorian couch more than in a car, but its still pretty pimp.

The type of cloth is a brocade. The exterior colour was Chateau Mauve and now I forget what they called the interior (if they even had a different name for it since it is the same colour).

Snoop Dog is going to be jealous! That wasn't an option in the Snoop De Ville.

The pattern is called Dynasty cloth, the color is medium mauve I think.

Right that sounds familiar. I knew I had heard it somewhere before. Thanks 77CDV!

I just love the names they used to give their interior cloth patterns. It made it all sound so rich and rare. Shame we've moved away from all that.

I agree, I wish more luxury cars offered some extremely fine and exepensive cloth seats. While the OP's car is a bit garish for my tastes, I really do miss the maroon velour seats in my old Buick. They were so plush and felt really luxurious.
