Well, I'm on a role of questions popping into my head...I'll be a posting nuisance here... I've been wondering about these Cadillac blowers... For some reason, my 90 Fleetwood, as well as my friend's 92 Fleetwood, have wussy blowers. On a real hot day, nothing beats cool air blasting in your face, but with these, hmph... It's a bit disturbing that I can get into a friend's 91 Plymouth Acclaim and the blower is about 3 times as powerful as my Fleetwood :want: ...I'm just wondering if this is a part problem, wear with age...or if they just tried stupidly to design the blower so the old people who could afford these cars in their prime would feel like they were in a "quiet" and not-so-audacious and sporty car. And if so, is there a safe/simple way to increase the blower's chutzpah? Lord knows, I don't want to be doing much toying with the anal Cadillac electrical system... :hide:

locate your blower motor. not sure where it is on your car (should be somewhere on the firewall), but when you find it, clean it out, as they can become clogged. if that does not work, i would say replace it. not unless anyone else has a better suggestion.

Ok, all that info will be useful. Thanks to Illumina for replying here, and my other 2 posts :bouncy:

Let us know if cleaning it or replacing it helps, I am haveing the same dissatisfaction with my '85.

If it were up to me the High setting would make it windy in my car!
