Let the market determine the value, I would check ebay and autotrader.com to see where the average price range is for the year/model you are looking. It may also depend on your intentions for the vehicle, if you plan to use is as a driver you may not care about some of the particulars. If you plan to hold onto the car as a collectible then you may have to spend more/less depending on how much time and work you plan to spend on the car.

id say about $7,000 and thats if everythings working with normal wear and tear for a car that age....
