I would use a wheel cleaner and a wheel brush. The wheel cleaner I would recommend is either P21S or SOnus wheel cleaner. They are both VERY safe to use. No High Acid or akaline levels. For a brush the OXO "Good Grips Spoke brush" is great. You can buy these products Here from Autopia (http://store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/clink?autopia+yc5RwM+tires---wheels.html) As for removing "reverse wheels" I don't understand your question. juiceE 08-04-04, 12:10 PM wax does a great job on keeping them cleaner, longer, and easier clean up wen its time to clean Night Wolf 08-04-04, 01:58 PM when I used to have the wire wheel hub caps on the '93, I used Eagle One wire wheel and chrome cleaner.... this stuff works amazing, just spary it on, and wash it off (I put it on before I use the pressure washer at the car wash. I have spoked wheels on my '79 DeVille and it also cleaned them right up, I am amazed at this stuff.... ...since I put the mag wheels on the '93, I waxed them, and use Eagle One Mag wheel cleaner.... it works good, but these wheels seem to hold the brake dust a little more then the spokes.... LeoC2 08-07-04, 12:41 PM when I used to have the wire wheel hub caps on the '93, I used Eagle One wire wheel and chrome cleaner.... I agree, works very well indeed. If they are especially dirty also try Orange Blast. barge master 08-12-04, 10:06 PM I used that Eagle One wire cleaner the other day for the first time. You could have knocked me over with a feather. The 15 yr. old caps on my 89 looked like you just took them new out of a box. Awesome stuff. | |
