It's rare we see another woman on the site, welcome...Yeah, I could use a 500ci Cad motor on the cheap for high HP build ups.. Got any??? Good thing I don't work in a wrecking yard, I'd probably set up a tent and live there..

Nope... no infinities but if you let me know what you need i can probably find what you need......

our company specializes in old cadillac parts.... and i figure alot of people on here like me love old caddies and want to build them back up

we specialize in 1960-93 mostly and we got a few 97's as well

we got some other stuff in here too

plus i figure i can share my Vast knowledge of the old tanks with you guys as well.... and maybe learn a few things as well :)

plus i love these little smiley guys.... they are friggin cute

Hello, my name is Jim and I live near Parker. I am looking for a late model 4.6 northstar/turbo and all electronics to install in an homebuilt airplane. Don't mention airplane to any one because they stop talking to you. Aiso my attempts to locate a re-manufactured engine on-line has netted ZERO. Seems no body will touch them. I was thinking you might have some notion why because of your line of work.

I think the biggest issue you'll face is fuel control and getting it inspected/certified to fly.

You will not find a remanufactured engine...... Gm doesnt do that........ You are either going to have to get a new engine (5-8k), or find a low mileage takeout...... The latter would be your best bet......

Maybe if you got lucky you could find one that was totaled but the drivetrain is still fine, and you could buy the car and take what you needed...... And if it had some salvageable parts, you could sell those to offset the cost somewhat........

I guess you are not familar with the FAA experimential aircraft catagories. Any way I have been tig welding exhaust and intake manifolds for years and Holly still makes carbs. And you guys need to get out of your back yards once and a while and visit other sites like cadillac info.com--- cadillac 4.6 northstar-- or Aerocomp/ northstar project http://vipmedia.com and see how the rest of the world lives!
etc. etc. Thanks MAL
