Could someone please describe the process of removing the radio of a 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham? I can't seem to get the center dash piece to come off, I think there may be more screws towards the top but I don't know where they are.

If memory serves correctly, there is a release in each center vent that you have to squeeze. Right on the pivot. It's been a few years since I took one out, but when you look, it will make sense.

ya if it's like the 87's they're a little tricky to get out. I usually lift up on the bottom clip with a screwdriver or butter knife then push the bottom of it inwards, the top then falls and you can pull it out

My '87 fwb didn't. I'm pretty sure none of them do.
