03cts...What's up with that grill and emblem? I don't think I've ever seen one even sorta like that.
Is that custom made emblem? and did you just paint a mesh grill black?

that is a black CTS-V grille from E&G that 03cts has...i have the same grille on my car...he just has a different emblem on his than i do...

03cts...dont show to much under that hood, you cant let all the secrets out the bag...haha

LOL tx and it's turbo charger I feel a turbo setup is more suitable for our cars then a sc and I've tried both...meaning the 3.2 .the emblem is a custom job I did with some spray paint n clear coat. Both upper and lower grille are powder coated black

Thanks, i had to sell them to fund the move to N.C. , got a job up here and the move was $$$ i didn't have at the time. Sold them on craigslist to a kid with a trailBlazer SS for the same i paid 6 months ealier so it worked out.

search "clear cts side marker" on ebay, there are also smoke tinted ones as well... you can also get clear fog lenses as well like the ones on that car
then it looks like they swapped the stock bulb for a soft blue led?

Not at all. The CTS isn't actually mine. It's my dad's daily driver / winter car. He has no plans to sell it.

i saw the exact same rims for sale on kijiji in lindsay ontario...thought thats where you were from. the ad said selling the rims because selling the car... good price 750 i think with almost new tires.

yours isnt in here either lol.

i think im at my attachment limits.... there are some pics in my album. no new pics for a while tho, the cts in in storage now for the winter... still needs to be washed and i need to put on my new brake lines, still havent got replacement tires for the rims yet either...little vandilism put my car away earlier than i wanted to...

havent seen you on here in a while, where u been? hows the \/ front?

I really need to take the car out for a shoot again sometime. I did a quick photoshoot a couple months ago, but I was in a hurry and my mind wasn't in it, so I was disappointed with the outcome. This is the best shot I came up with.

a few subtle changes make the regular cts look good 1badgmc.

i like the grille painted, although living in ny, the roads are just terrible. plenty of rocks thrown up.

Thanks. I still need to black out the chrome strip. I'm going to cover it in black vinyl just in case I ever decide to go back for some reason. A friend is going to see if he can get me some vinyl for free from a guy he knows who does stickers, so I'm waiting on him.

I really wish I could get rid of the pinstripe on the hood and down the bodyline, but unfortunately it's painted on. :banghead:

Easy off oven cleaner works to get off painted pinstripes. I dont know why but it does. Put it on a rag and buff the stripes off. It does take some time though and your elbow is gonna hurt afterwards.
