So it turns out that our local chapter of the Cadillac LaSalle Club was contacted by affiliates of the NY Yankees. They asked us to provide cars to drive the players in the victory parade today.

The car had to be convertible of course or I would have been all over it. The sad thing is I don't know if anyone from our chapter went.

A once in a lifetime opportunity, missed. I even tried to borrow a car LOL

Honestly.. even though I really don't follow baseball, I think that would have been awesome.

Try and find out if anyone went, I bet there's pics all over the place.

I would've lent my 75 eldorado convertible. It's a great parade car. Perhaps I could've outfitted it with an ejector seat so I could launch a-rod through a plate glass window. :lildevil::D
