Any suggestions on a louder replacement horn for my 2004 SRX? Not sure how many decibels the stock horn is but after being sideswiped I want something LOUDER.

Chief7 11-15-09, 09:51 PM When I picked up my 2005 SRX N* AWD I erred and failed to blow the horn before I drove it off the lot going home. But I hadn't gone far before I realized that I only had half a horn blowing. I agree - I miss that great harmony sound from the old Cadillac (and big Buick) horns! But, three days later the dealer had a new one installed and, with winter here and the snow birds clogging the roads, I'll do my best to wear it out soon. Maybe I should invest in one of those train horns! Good luck! | |
