How accessible is throttle body on this car? Does it have to be removed to be cleaned? Can parts cleaner be used or does it have to be "Throttle Body" cleaner.

There's a good tutorial on cleaning the TB down in the Tech tips section that mtflight wrote. It should answer most of your questions. Be extremely careful with the IAC valve dealer list price on it is $380 for the valve and $31 for the gasket.
