How do I take the rear speakers out? (97 Eldorado)

Here's a site I found that tells you how to remove speakers and head units from many models. This one is to remove the rear speakers in a Seville, but I imagine it would be very similar in the Eldorado. It looks like you have to pull out the rear seat and pull up the rear deck carpet.

man the only thing i cant figure out is how to get the door lites out. the tabs are too small for my fingers. i broke one tab trying to figure it out but got it out. the light is probablly gonna hang out one day when a friend gets in and *smash* there goes that light. lol
