For some reason my 93 Sedan Deville jerks the steering wheel after hard acceleration or going up the on ramp, about 50 MPH it just suddenly snaps to the right! Scares the crap out of me! The steering wheel is constantly turned to the left a bit going straight down the road too. Tried using the search forum function but could not find anything on this issue. If this is tied in with the SSS is there a way to disable it and just have normal power steering?

Torque steer. Its normal for a FWD car, especially one with a lot of power. I suppose you could have a bad spool valve in the rack but that would cause an issue all the time and they almost never go bad. Your wheel is constantly turned to the left because the road is pitched to the right to drain water. Everything you describe is normal. The SSS controls only the front shocks and has nothing to do with steering.
Torque steer pulls. He mentioned "jerks" and "snaps". I don't think this is torque steer.

I would check out the tire rods

The '93 does have speed sensitive steering, but that only controls the stiffness of the wheel, so I don't think it would cause jerking. Now being a FWD car, torque steer sounds probable, but I don't think that's it either, because if the wheels are straight these cars will almost always torque steer to the left.
Since your car seems to have a tendency to drift to the right, I would start checking the right suspension. Look at tie rods, tire pressure, etc.
Thanks for all the advice, I don't think it is torque steer, torque steer is a little more gradual than this. The roads here are pretty flat with not much of a pitch so I don't think it is the road. I will just have to take it to a shop and have them put it on the lift and look it over. I am starting to think the clunking and the jerking may be tied together. I also need to do struts there is a clunking when you hit bumps too. Somebody must have either lived on a dirt road or tried to take it off roading or something.

I would also have them check the engine cradle mounts!
Still haven't got under the car to look but the more I drive it it almost feels like the bushings are gone in the steering rack and it is shifting side to side. Is that even possible or anybody heard of such a thing? Looks like I am just going to have to jack it up and go under it for a look-see. Been busy the last two days with my wifes van, guess the caddy gets the attention tomorrow.
