I have a 2006 !SG and would like to be able to play mp3's thru the radio.
I am sure this has been covered before but I didn't see any reference in the tags section.

just burn a regular data cd. some burns might require you to close the disc session.

Just burn a disc. That way you get the tags and can control it by the steering wheel. It is slow, however.

Yeah, I burnt a disc for my wife, and a separate one for myself. I've got 155 songs on my disc. With the 6 disc changer, we can simply pick our own disc depending on who is driving.

I hate the time it takes to change disks. Has anyone ever streamed blue tooth music from a blackberry or iphone to the blue tooth port? Is it possible with the STS? Otherwise the aux port is convenient

The car's bluetooth only supports phone call traffic. Bluetooth is an umbrella term covering a variety of device-to-device communication categories such as Keyboard, Mouse, stereo headphones, headset (phone), etc.

For example, the first iPhone with bluetooth only support BT for phone calls, and a later software upgrade finally added the ability to stream music to a BT headset.

The STS system and most pre-2009 cars support only phone activity over BT.
