The title says it all.

What are some things you Love and Hate and would even like to see on future models.

Hate:
1. Having to setup the Tire Pressure Gage everytime you rotate the tires or change them for other uses like for Winter.
2. unable to Watch DVD's while driving
3. No USB port for 2009 models for Ipods


Like:
1.Rain Sensing Wipers
2. 6.2L V8
3. HID Lights

Future Models.. I want to see the truck do Barrel rolls over other cars. Plus cook me breakfast in the morning

Hate:
no bluetooth
3rd row seats don't fold away
no ipod connection

Windows: fronts dont auto-roll up, rear windows dont auto-anything
Radio (non-nav): mp3 player very slow, volume buttons on steering wheel very slow
Paint: scratches much more visible than other high-end cars

Don't really hate anything. Dislike:

cheap chrome on rims
no power tilt (fixed with later years!)
fold flat 3rd row would be nice

hate:

1. people who complain about no USB port:), don't need it , have XM and radio besides concentrate in driving please.
2. tire pressure monitor, yikes! it is 34 psi, need to add 1-2 psi ASAP!
3. the looks and the attention!

love:

1. the looks and the attention to the hybrid decal:)
2. rainsense, intellibeam, bluetooth for 5 phones(so, far just hooked up my 3 cellphones), express down and up of both front windows
3. close to 500 miles range.

Its like parking a barge (but I get over this one )
No rear heated seats (The EXT doesn't have these)

I don't own one, but they have the balliest and loudest factory exhaust on any car I've ever heard. Even stock Vettes aren't as loud. They just sound fantastic and its not so loud that it becomes bothersome.

i bought mine used, so a lot of my hates are a result of that

Hate:
the center console rattles a lot
the wind noise can be bad at times
the paint on mine has a lot of bad spots. hard to tell from a distance, but when i wash it, i notice them and i hate it.

Love:
engine.
the luxury of it(all the bells and whistles and what not. ex heated/cooled seats, rear ent system, navi)
painted sails and chrome...so i guess just overall looks.

Love:
- The power (even with the torque management, abuse mode, etc)
- Looks and attention
- Interior styling

Hate:
- No AUX/iPod connection
- Wind noise
- Cheap plastic bumpers

Hate:
1) Second row seat does not fold into the floor.
2) Third row seat does not fold into the floor.
3) Both the second & third row seats do not fold into the floor.

Love:
1) 22' wheels
2) Engine
3) All the toys. (Heated/cool seats, Rear Ent, Nav, Retracting steps, Rear Camera, etc)

Hate:
1) Second row seat does not fold into the floor.
2) Third row seat does not fold into the floor.
3) Both the second & third row seats do not fold into the floor.

2) the towing capacity
3) the Nav system

Hate:
1) the ridiculous cost cutting (random hard plastic panels, lack of front parking sensors, etc) and lack of attention to detail (chunking power locks, hole in dash for missing 4wd mode selector, etc) vs. other premium brands (MBZ, BMW, etc) in the price range
2) the lack of a diesel option. SUV sales are down because the gas mileage sucks, not because people stopped wanting SUVs.

2009 Escalade ESV Platinum

Love:
1. Aniline leather on seats/dash and real wood trim looks/feels great.
2. Front upper/lower Platinum grills and LED head lights look great.
3. Road presence is impressive.

Dislike:
1. Aluminum trim on dash and design-funciton of HVAC/Audio controls still needs some work to bring it to premium auto level (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz).
2. Power retractable running boards are not necessary. Fixed running boards are totally adequate and look good to match. Also less expesive to operate/maintain in long run.
3. Platinum 22-inch chrome wheels look great, but are a pain to keep clean. Prefer alloy wheels on my 2008 Mercedes-Benz S550 for ease of maintenance.

1. The size! [ Being a Mother of 3, with on one the way, this is a necessity! ]
2. The looks!
3. Being badder than other mothers! I like seeing them with mini-van's, while I'm in my ESV!

HATE:bomb: :
1. American Car Quality. [ Coming from an '06 BMW, I was let-down by cadillac ]
2. The 3rd row not folding flat. [ Such a hassle to take the 3rd row out! ]
3. Cleaning the 22's! [ Meant to be taken sarcastically, lol ] :D

What model/year Escalade?

Love:

1) imo, my escalade's got the best nav system. Thumbs up!
2) power! Mazda's go the wrong motto. My cadillac goes zoom, zoom, zoom!
3) ride quality is very good for a truck base suv (i've got 18's, not 22's). Kudos to that.

Hate with a passion:

1) no bluetooth (07')? Come on guys!
2) no telescopic steering wheel? Strike 2!
3) third one is a toss up between cheap quality or non flat folding 3rd row seats. What do you think?

after driving through canada, I appreciate the metric and english system in the dash and you can actually accurately drive the speed limit in canadian kph:)

the major things that bother me:

1) Fake Wood/Aluminum trim. on a $75K Truck? Some cars half the price have real wood.
2) Even i've mistaken a Suburban for an ESV from the side view
3) Third Row is good only for people under 4 feet tall

Love:

1) I beat annoying 15 years olds in their Civics off the line.
2) The attention it gets, still.
3) I can park this beast without looking, thanks to the amazing camera system

I forgot a plus...
Compared to the 03 Suburban it replaced the turning circle is amazing which really helps for parking.
