My '90 DeVille is making a clicking sound near the glovebox, and the radio and HVAC lights are acting erratic. This goes on when the ignition is switched "OFF" too.
Could a thing called a BCM be the problem? What is a BCM? BodyControlModule?
How do I get to it? Remove the glovebox?

Yes, BCM is Body Control Module. It is behind the glove box.
