I own a '90 DeVille (145K still runs great) that has been acting really weird lately. There is a "tic-tic-ticca tic" sound coming from near the glove box, even with the ignition switched "OFF". Sometimes the fuel data center, radio, and HVAC lights do not iilluminate. This happened yesterday while I was driving.
The speedometer is the old-fashioned red needle, and it works, as does the odometer.
Tonight, the radio lights were on when the ignition was switched "OFF", and went off when the ignition was switched "ON".
Must be Halloween, lol.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, and I thank you all in advance.
