I'll line up a few of my female friends to take with me to complete the look. Warren_R 10-31-09, 04:03 AM Too funny! 2. Baggy jeans aren't as popular as they were in the 90's and early 00's. dirt_cheap_fleetwood 11-05-09, 05:06 PM 2. Baggy jeans aren't as popular as they were in the 90's and early 00's.
^ That's because you live in upstate NY. Talk a walk down the streets of Chicago and say the same thing. thefleetwoodguy 11-05-09, 05:22 PM Dave
it took me a minute before I noticed you
in that pic!
I was busy taking in that beautiful 95 fleetwood, with a sun roof !!
is that the car you used my parts on?, sure looks nice:thumbsup:
whats the deal with the base wheels??
looks to be a brougham, did you switch them??

Skinny Jeans are talking over all over America Jack. No matter where:

you wont catch me in anything like that, "they" need room to breath. And like jay z said "dont where skinny jeans cause my knots dont fit" I have never seen anybody in real life wearing something like that. That style is not going to make it. If I brought my wallet, I'd be unbalanced. People here would rather wobble down the street holding there pants up with there knees than wear those things. But I guess you save money in the kids section. Picture me, 6'1 240lbs big caddy, big rims, big grill, 3400 watts in the trunk hopping out with skin tight levis on...never happen. skinny jeans are a high schooler and "new york city" thing. The first time I saw it was at college when all the new york heads came out here to college and I was like what the heck? You would never catch me in some skinny jeans either, I used to rock mine baggy in high school but Im a little older now so I wear a belt. I guess you could say I wear them "average".
I got defensive because this thread was going somewhere bad with some of the comments in here.
Anyways, yea people still wear baggy clothes in both chicago upstate ny california or wherever. The skinny jeans phenomena is going to be slowly taking over within the next decade. Me personally I'd rather see baggy jeans and a super sized T shirt over some skinny jeans but both look like high school fashions anyways.
And to me skinny jeans look a tad on the feminine side but hey people can do whatever they want. DrFunky 11-06-09, 11:16 PM Picture me, 6'1 240lbs big caddy, big rims, big grill, 3400 watts in the trunk hopping out with skin tight levis on...never happen.
HA!!! :histeric::histeric:
Im 6 foot 3 240 lbs without my timbs on. I could definitely imagine how awkward that would look!!! :histeric: outsider 11-07-09, 10:07 AM for the record I wasn't being racist, i was making fun of posers who think over-accessorizing their caddy will make it look better and make them look cooler. csbuckn 11-07-09, 11:16 AM I thought all the comments were true to the "theme" of the outfit and nothing offended me or any of my friends that saw it. Its one of the better customes I saw this year but I didnt see much. Other good ones I saw were Steve Erkle, a decent Dave Chapel, laughing clown and a two year old Michael Jackson but didnt get any pics. I have been wondering if that is a one piece...? DrFunky 11-07-09, 05:14 PM for the record I wasn't being racist, i was making fun of posers who think over-accessorizing their caddy will make it look better and make them look cooler.
Well I didnt blow up on you and I would have if I felt there was racism. I just felt that things had the potential to go that route.
"posers" are indeed very funny, no matter what music culture.
And this is a side note, I believe the hip hop culture is a good tool to break down race barriers in a creative way. There can be "posers" of any race, with any musical culture.
Just my 2 cents. DrFunky 11-07-09, 05:17 PM Oh, and Ive seen MANY cadillacs that look ever better with rims and custom paint jobs, the reason why some had a bad image of crappy tricked out caddy is because sometimes the owners dont know how to simply keep the damn thing clean.
lol Im talking about goofballs who neglect to take their rims off during THE WINTER!! lol
Of course rims are gonna look like crap after morons let all that salt water get on the chrome... :p Cadillacboy 11-09-09, 03:43 PM Those were funny pics indeed :D :D :D :D |
