It was getting a bit long and I figured this would be easier for everyone! Plus, I won't need to mention how much money I saved in this thread! :lildevil:
This is my first attempt at posting pictures, so I hope it works!

The folks saying you need to remove the rear bumper are 100% incorrect. I removed the panel in 15 minutes and re-installed it in less than 30 minutes. All you need is a standard screwdriver to remove the clips shown in the picture...EASY!
Let me know if you have any questions!

I guess a link to the pictures are just as good? I was hoping to get the pictures to pop up without you guys having to use the link to image shack.
Thanks,

Impressive ! if you want the pic to show up directly than copy and paste the "forum" link on the side. It'll be like 3-4 lines of addres/url info. :D cbloveday 10-30-09, 12:54 PM wow that does look great. :yup: thank you for posting this.:halo: stealthjr 10-30-09, 12:54 PM Impressive ! if you want the pic to show up directly than copy and paste the "forum" link on the side. Robert homesite 10-30-09, 06:10 PM It looks great, but just not worth the money for the change stealthjr 10-30-09, 06:16 PM It looks great, but just not worth the money for the change
I'll agree it is not worth $539+ for the rear panel...but "I" believe it is worth every bit the $300 I paid for it! :shhh: Maybe my pictures dont do it justice...but it pops out compared to the bland looking factory panel. I can only imagine how incredible it would look on a black, silver, or white car! Woohoo! I appreciate your opinion...I just dont happen to agree with it! :p Just messing with ya!
Robert Sweet!
Now you've gone the time ad expense to upgrade with hat nice carbon look. All you need to do is get ride of that generic CTS badging. Only the V logo needs to stay. in doing so, this my friend(s) cleans up the car and gives it that unique factor soooo much. A hairdryer, 10 minutes, gentle pry with your fingernail and the generic CTS badge is gone forever. IMHO, the CTS badge, any dealer badging and their famous license plate holder all need to go. Bye-bye.
Otherwise sweet upgrade. UAEmonster 10-30-09, 07:16 PM That looks nice stealjr ,
but .., is it a new part ( new carbon panel ) or just can do it with sticker for carbon , like what they call it foil ..!!
and how much it coasts . , thanks .. stealthjr 10-30-09, 07:41 PM That looks nice stealjr ,

Uhhhh, it is a factory part "wrapped" in a process I could never explain. It is extremely durable and is much less than real carbon fiber.
Sorry I couldn't be more help for you.
