I am looking to instal a Corsa Exhaust system on my 06 STS 4.6L. I was looking around for a good price, but the cheapest price I found was around $892 - $919 on online stores like ebay.

However, I constantly see members from this forum getting the corsa exhaust system for much cheaper prices. So I wonder where can I find cheaper prices for the corsa? (used or new)

I have been searching on ebay for good prices for over a month with no luck.

Also, are there touring and sport types of the corsa for the sts? or is it just the touring type?

There are occasionally available on ebay for 315-590 depending on the winning bid, but the autions are only placed one at a time. For a while this summer there was one ever week or so, but they have gotten scarce lately. I just saw one a week ago that sold for 580 or so. You have to check FREQUENTLY. Other than ebay, i've never seen them under $900. And, there's ony one model Corsa available for the 06. I want one, but i'm on the fence about it.

I've looked into this.. never found a price I thought fair.

bought mine on ebay in early summer from a nice shop in TX for $410 shipped, worth every penny and then some....actually was surprized at how much I love it!

Still searching in ebay and did not find any good deal.

I bought 2 sets off of Ebay $380.00 and $420.00 both sets came from same vendor

I bought a system off the auction site. He was w/in about 30 miles and was easier to go get it than ship it. Back in June, he said he still had about 40 kits left. Got mine for under $400. He was in the mid-cities area around the DFW Metroplex

I don't know if the N* and the 4.6 use the same size pipe. And, on my 08, the rear hangars had to be modified to make it fit.

I just looked to see if I could find it in the history file, but it's been to long to have an Ebay link or record of it. The guy ran his eBay business on the side in an old storage bay. The part number for the STS N* was 14178 (I think)

***I was able to find it from other records. Don't know if he's still around or not. Worth a call!

I purchased the Corsa from the same outfit a in Sept for about $350 delivered. I had to bend the hangers somewhat to make them fit on my STS-V. I haven't noticed any increase in power, but the exhaust sounds good and when cruising on the freeway the Corsa is more quiet than the original system.

YES.. I do have teh 14157 for the STS. The sound is just amazing. Once you cut out those oversized steamer trunks for mufflers, you get a great tone with NO drone.

I had 2 C5 vettes over the last 5 years. One had B&B PRT's the other had Borla Stingers. I could not stand the Borla.. A constant heavy drone in the 1300 - 1800 RPM range, so I ran in 5th gear a lot instead of 6th just to not listen to the drone.

The CORSA for the STS is a perfect match. When you hammer it, you know it (or rather those behind you know it), and even still is not that loud in the car. Just road crusing, you would hardly notice much difference.

Did you call the guy and see if he has any more of them?

This is where they all came from.. just call and see if he has any more. I know at one time he had over 40 sets, but that was back in June.

Just be glad you can score a CORSA system for less than $1,000: The Seville TS system now goes for over $1,400 !!
