I was looking into a cold air intake and exhaust I've looked into volant, corsa, borla and every single item is specific to the northstar engine.....has anyone had this issue? I would like to see these items on a v6 if anyone has tried it before

We didn't have that issue - we bought the northstar :)

Exhaust = custom only, transmission crossmember is different between Northstar and V and our V6's.
Volant cold air is supposed to fit the V6 cars as well, haven't tried yet but will soon
Tune = Custom tune
Headers = Custom, going to try CTS V6 but they will probably have to be modified anyways
Lowering = Same springs as Northstar or V.
