Some times my 93 fleetwood brougham won't start. If spray a little starting fluid in it, it will start and run great. Any ideas of what would cause this? Could it the fuel pump acting up?

sounds like fuel delivery, like a fuel pump, filter or line. How does it do at wide open throttle?

It does great, I pushed the pedal to the floor with no problems.

Well I would make sure both injectors are working first, then you could have the fuel pump tested before dropping the tank.

So it runs fine after starting? No problems? If so, it can't be the fuel pump. Here's what is supposed to happen. When you turn the key to RUN, the fuel pump is supposed to run briefly to prime the system with pressure. Is this happening? You should hear it.

what condition is your dist cap, and plugs?
if you have very worn spark plugs, it can make it a bear to start
fresh tune up would recently??

my firied had a problem like this recently...the garage changed out his fuel pump and it still had the same problem. turned out to be the distributor
