Help! I just noticed that the chrome on the right rear exterior door handle is beginning to chip or flake off. It is small, so I don't know if I should wait until it gets worse or go ahead and request the dealer to replace the door handle since it is still under the factory warranty, (the warranty expires 10/2011 and I only have 14,000K miles on it.Has anyone had this problem?

I had to have both the rear passenger side and front driver side replaced. Apparently it's a known problem. I'd just get it done.

The larger tires throw all kind of crap donw the sides of these trucks, have not had that issue with any of my 5 Escalade's so far anyway
