My 06 DTS has a few needs. Still under warranty. Has anybody had experience with Potamkin Cadillac in Manhattan or any local Cadillac dealer in the area? Thanks so much!

Potamkin Cadillac has one of the most disgraceful service departments on the planet. Rude, slow, dishonest and just plain horrible to deal with. I had very good luck with North Bay Cadillac out on Long Island. Not the best looking facility, but honest, efficient and pleasant. Hope that helps.
