I just picked up a new 2009 EXT and im having a problem with my voice recognition with the nav system. I have created a voice tag for entries in my address book but i cant get it to work when trying to access them with the voice recognition. The voice lady just keeps telling me something to the affect that im not even saying anything when i say the voice tag. For example, my first address book entry is my home address. I gave this entry a voice tag of "Home". So i use the voice recognition and say "Navigation", "Destination", and then when asked i say "Home". The system doesnt hear anything when i say "home". Is there something im doing wrong or do i just need to take it to the dealer to look at? Any help would be appreciated.
