I had a 84 Deville and I remember good MPG, now I am looking to buy another one. What do you think I can get for MPG. This car car has 50K miles, any problems you can think I might has, body is like new. Thanks

Take care of it, baby it, use the coolant tabs, and it might just survive. Slacker 10-20-09, 03:26 PM You should get high teens/low 20s with mixed driving. Mid 20s with highway. Problems? That's about what I got in my '82 before the engine blew up. Side streets though, I averaged around 3-8mpg. The 307 w/ 3spd trans I put in to replace the 4100 gets worse mpg but I'm not going to complain. | |
