Without trying to explain myself, Pull out you headlight control panel and make sure those 2 connecters are secure into the back of the module. I'm almost positive thats your problem.

You probably already know this, but there may be two groups of fuses. I have discovered fuses under the hood near the top and to the front of the drivers side strut and another group of fuses in the trunk. The fuses in the trunk are mounted kind of on the back of the rear seat but accessible after removing one pannel in the trunk. There may be even more, that is all I have found so far.

i was tired when i posted that. when you hit a bump. that has to be a loose wire somewhere. It sounds like those two wires on the back of the headlight switch might be loose. If they arnt getting a good connection, they dont know that they should be on. The interioir lights and dash only light up once you put on the parking brakes or better. else they assume its daytime and you can see the dash. post back.. jon, your lights working alright?

Hello, you probably already checked the positive battery terminal. As it turns out in 1996 and probably 1995 there are two cables that go to the positive battery terminal. If they have corrosion built up it may be causing problems.

I took mine apart today and was very surprised how much corrosion was packed in there. It is amazing the car would start.
