Does anyone know if this is going to be an option on the 2010 V like it is on the Corvettes? Thanks

It will not. Don't expect to ever see it on the V, unfortunately.

It's too bad we don't have this functionality, that would certainly add to the entertainment aspect of this car. :) I'm quite sure there was a good reason not to provide the feature. Anyone want to go on "Tell Fritz" and ask?

What module controls it on the corvette?

The ABS module, if I'm not mistaken. And it requires access to the car's RTD computer. It's a system co-developed by GM and Bosche.

I never played with it, but i wonder what would happen if you just set the ramp in and ramp out rates of the traction control system in the ecm to allow for it to move the throttle open and closed quickly. That way it would regulate the throttle angle very quickly to keep traction slip at bay.....

The problem i see though doing that is, i dont know how to only make it active in comp mode....

Here's an earlier thread regarding PTM: http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-cts-v-series-forum-2009/178755-performance-traction-management-system.html#post1995214
