I need some help regarding the factory Bose system in my 02 STS, which I have owned about 6 months. In all of the settings, it appears the vast majority of sound volume and quality comes from the front speakers. You can barely hear any sound coming from the rear of the car. When I use the fade control to move the sound to the back, I have to move the control almost all the way, before the back speakers are noticable. Even then, they have very very limited sound quality - clear, but no highs or bass. The factory sub on the rear deck is never very audible. This happens with all sources (FM or CD) and settings. I can't believe the system is designed to work like this. Can anyone with the same system help? Thanks for all help!!
