Hi everyone my 93 deville 4.9 is surging when car shifts into second gear just had trans rebuilt a month ago and before trans was rebuilt this never happened ive replaced everything plugs wires distributor cap and rotor fuel filter catalytic converter tps today and after i changed the tps the surge went away at idle but still little stuttering when shifts to second gear and when in second gear car surges while cruising but otherwise car runs great any advice will be appreciated please help!!!

I put a new Tps in my mechanic did it aamco where i got the trans rebuilt and after he put it in he said he adjusted it properly but i don't think so because i got 2 codes E80 Closed throttle angle out of range and E98 High Rpm ISC Motor they weren't there before the tps was put in yesterday
