hi I have a 92 deville and no matter what I try my power steering will not work I have tried all the different ways to bleed power steering but it still makes the buzzing sound I just replace the pump and now it wont work I have tried turning the tires back and forth engine running and not running it just doesnt work any help would be amazing I just want my baby running again
