I have this noise in the front of my 05 AWD SRX. I only hear it around 25mph or less when the brake is and isn't applied. It is sort of a rhythmic noise as it is something like Growwwwl, pause, Growwwl, pause.

I have all new rotors and pads, check the pins in the calipers and they are free.

Any ideas on what this could be?

Possibly a bearing: front wheel bearing or front differential bearing??
Any good auto mechanic or perhaps a service station could check if no dealer close by.
Possibly check for sound by raising the auto with a frame type hoist??
Or perhaps test by raising both rear wheels and just one front wheel at a time?? If trying this, do not forget to dis-engage the traction control !!
