I have a 95 SLS. The power door locks work except for the one on the front passenger door. Any of the switches can lock all the doors including the pass frt, but the pass frt can't be unlocked using any switch including it's own. You must reach over and manually unlock the door. Is this an electrical issue, which I doubt, or is it a mechanical problem? If mechanical is it just a matter of lubing the actuator/solenoid at the pass door? How difficult is it to access?
Thanks Ed

Also you can hear the solenoid actuate when you hit the door lock switches in both the lock and unlock direction. So I am thinking it must be that the solenoid can't through the mechanism when unlock is pressed. So it might just need a little lube or cleaning? How hard is it to get the inner door panel off to access the solenoid?

Well I got the panel removed, Thanks Eric, adn there was a little surface rust on a few of the shafts in and around the locking mechanism. I sprayed some lube on them and tried to work them but to no avail. It is really tough to see any of the actuation with all the plastic, metal and rods throughout. Is it difficult to pull out the locking mechanism? My firend has one of the cameras that have the long neck for seeing into cylinders and whatnot, so I am gonna borrow that and see what I can see. aside from the mechanism itself is there anything else in the door it could be like this

I got the camera up there and it seems there is a cam that rotates and there is an arm in the cam. Both the arm and cam seen to be plastic and the cut out the arm goes into on the cam seems worn or missing or broke and the arm won't lock into it. I have the Service Manula coming and will see what it should look like and what I will need to get.
