Car ran out of gas at mechanic's and won't start. Fuel pump replaced, but no fuel getting to the engine. Have spark and ignition, will start on just starting fluid. Battery was a little weak, but when being charged, pump is getting over 13V at ignition. The mechanic now thinks a relay must've blown, but doesn't have wiring diagram. Any help please?

I feel your frustration but I assure you, you will get some good advice from this site. There are some very knowledgeable Allayne owners. You may have "stumped the chumps". Think about contacting Allantesource... They are very smart and helpful.
