I was driving on m way to school when I wanted to listen to a cd so I changed the source and it wouldn't switch over then finally a message read "cd mech error" I was wondering if anyone knew of anyway to fix this. And help would be appreciated, thanks to all who respond

sounds like it is time for a trip to the dealer...I would not mess with the radio it is much to complicated....good luck. if you learn that it is busted and they are going to charge you $500 for a new radio I would suggest going to a reputable car stereo shop and dropping 300-400 on an aftermarket unit and spending a couple of hondo on getting them to integrate it.
