I am a refugee from Thomas Cadillac in Hartford, CT closing in Feb 09. I had nothing but a positive experience there for 2 cars and 9 years. Searching the area, I have now found a new home at Orr Cadillac in Springfield, MA. Yeah, a bit of a drive up I-91, but worth the trip. Pricing on new 09 DTS was "aggressive" to say the least, with the sales rep providing professional treatment. Trips to the service department to settle nomal new car bugs has been positive, with my experieces having the same professional treatment. Based on experiences I have had from other dealers closer, I will continue the drive up I-91.
