i have a 1990 brougham and when i first got it (used of course) i filled the gas tank and drove it down over time. now whenever i want to drive 40 miles it takes a QUARTER tank of gas suposedly. $5 of gas at $1.87 a gallon will fill it up a quarter tank, which can't be right since i get around 22mpg highway and the gas tank is 25 gallons.


anyone else have this problem? or suggestions no fixing it without taking it to a mechanic?
