| View Full Version : Google Searches Inhibiting My CF Enjoyment... thebigjimsho 09-03-09, 03:11 PM Why is it that whenever I do some sort of google search on my Firefox browser, a big, sooperannoying box shows up near the top of the page, below the header, pushing the contents down out of view? I have to keep logging out(which I NEVER do) and logging back in to get rid of this. AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HH!!!!!!!!!!!! After it annoyingly took over 1/3 of my screen real estate I thought I would at least have a little fun with the ad. The ad showed the search phrase I had just entered in my browser's built-in search box, so I type in a new phrase there and searched for it. Then I went to my favorite caddy site (this one, duh) again and the 'you searched for' ad was gone! What did I search for that stopped the ad? Just a simple 1-word search. It started with the letter 'F' and rhymes with the word trUCK. I was looking forward to seeing that ad populate my CF experience.
