hello everyone.as of yesterday im the proud owner of a 94 caddie eldorado touring coupe.traded a 91 nissan pickup even for it.i have one pcm code but i know how to fix that.the egr valve needs cleaning i believe.the car sat up about a year.man does this thing have some power.i am getting some rss codes and service ride control message.here are the codes i pulled.

S036 ...................... Electronic Level Control Compressor Short to Ground/Open
S044 .................................................. ... Lift or Dive Signal Fault
S060 .............................................. Left Front Position Sensor Fault
S061 ............................................. Right Front Position Sensor Fault
S062 ............................................... Left Rear Position Sensor Fault
S063 .............................................. Right Rear Position Sensor Fault

the car rides and drives good.plenty of power.i can hear the elc compressor come on for a few seconds and shut off.any idea on these codes and what maybe causing them?the pcm code im getting is

P036 (E036) ................................. EGR Valve Pintle Position Out of Range

i was thinking cleaning the egr valve would solve that.the ses light want come on until i get it out on the road.

the po52 and the p109 im getting is because of no battery power.those will clear themselves i guess

i previously posted in the eldorado forums but couldnt get an answer.maybe someone can help here i hope.

RSS - Road Sensing Suspension. Barring any obvious problems like broken or leaking struts or shocks, the first course of action is to get the car up in the air with the wheels off and trace out all the wiring and connectors to the suspension. Chafed, broken, disconnected, whatever wiring and connectors will play hob with the suspension system. You need to verify the wiring and connectors before replacing parts.
