In a earlier post, I made it seem like I knew how to remove the power front seat assembly. Well, I was wrong.

Can anyone please instruct me the proper way to remove the powered front bench seat from my 68 DeVille?

Well, I've never done a 68, but pretty much all the GM full size cars are the same. Slide the seat all the way back. Remove the nuts from the front floor mounts. Slide the seat all the way forward. Get in the back seat and remove the rear mounting nuts. Get out, and go back to the front. Push the seat back and tilt it backwards. Disconnect the electrical connections, and lift the seat out. I have done benches myself, but they are lots easier with a buddy ;)
