Was wondering if you were going to post that! Much better than seeing it on your phone.

Here is a link to my mini burnout leaving the "V" gathering at the Dream Cruise. Did not want to let loose on a public road when 5-0 is concentrating on writing tickets for this sort of stuff.

SUBLIMATION:

sub⋅li⋅mate
  /v. ˈsʌbləˌmeɪt; n., adj. ˈsʌbləmɪt, -ˌmeɪt/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [v. suhb-luh-meyt; n., adj. suhb-luh-mit, -meyt] Show IPA verb, -mat⋅ed, -mat⋅ing, noun, adjective

Sublimation of an element or compound is a transition from the solid to gas phase with no intermediate liquid stage.

Sublimation is an endothermic phase transition that occurs at temperatures and pressures below the triple point. At normal pressures, most chemical compounds and elements possess three different states at different temperatures. In these cases the transition from the solid to the gaseous state requires an intermediate liquid state. However, for some elements (carbon and arsenic and apparently rubber) or substances at some pressures the material may pass directly from a solid into the gaseous state. This can occur if the atmospheric pressure exerted on the substance is too low to stop the molecules from escaping from the solid state.

Sentence: The sublimation of his rear tires attracted the attention of the appreciative crowd of on-lookers.

The first burnout was awesome. The burnout where the guy was over the yellow line and in oncoming traffic was about as dumb as it gets.
I have I had been in traffic coming the other way the driver would have gotten an earful from me.

I can never remember that word, try explaining sublimation to people who can't figure out why their ice disappears out of the ice tray in the freezer...
