What upgrades would be needed to get 700hp on a cadillac 500? it will be run on e85 on high compression.

Just need to know what I would need since I'm ordering parts soon for upgrading the engine this winter. :)
The bottom-end already has forged pistons and I'm buying H-beam rods.

I believe you could talk to Potter or MTS, or Flashcraft, for advice on what you want, since those folks have been there and done it. It may save you money to get their information.
