I have a 91 deville with bose system. The right side speakers squeal when i turn the radio on. I thought the speakers were blown, but when i replaced them they did the same thing.

Anyway, i have a radio just like the original from an 86, anyone have wiring diagram or at leat tell me what wires are for power, speakers i can figure out, also, threre were extra wires not hooked up to the bose system, anyone know what they are?? 2 four pin connectors

Well im glad i went to that site you posted about. Sounds like you shouldnt use non bose radios with bose speakers, since the speakers are only 1 ohm. Hmm, would have never guessed that!! That and i would have to rewire all the speakers.
