According to my 1991 owner's manual:

Front park and turn signal: 2057NA

Just replaced a rear. make sure you get one with a brass vs. silver base,

Have heard (and mine confirmed ) that silver base still gives an error message even though the bulb is functioning correctly!

If you mean the lens assembly, not the bulb, Tom Rohner reproduces them in LA. Do a google search.
