Hello,

I'm enjoying my revived 1991 Eldorado after replacing those terrible MUL-Crap Injectors. The Bosch III's are amazing as compared to the 24 year old MULTEC technology! These set of BoschIII's were flowed and balanced. The car runs great but has a little W.O.T. detonation. I was surprised as I thought I needed to trim back the Fuel Pressure with an A.F.P.R. that I never got installed.

See Why:

Anyway, the detonation may be due to a clogged Cat as a result of the Multecs, and original exhaust. I'm using 93 Chevron, Top end should be very clean after 8 cans of Prof. Fuel System Carbon Cleaner & tons of water. I had even inspected the rear bank with a borescope to confirm this early last year when replacing a few injectors with used MULTECS!!!!!! Also the car recently had new O2's, tune up, EGR, ect. ect. ect. 6 months ago.

Otherwise, Idle is smooth, very responsive throttle, ect. as a result of the Bosch GenIII's.

Can everyone who has the Bosch Gen. III's on a 4.9 please tell me their Integrator, Block Learn, Cross Count, and Pulse Width values for both left and right banks?

Values at:

Idle?
Cruise?
Light Load?
W.O.T.?

My front exhaust manifold does have 2 hairline cracks and I do have another used one waiting to be installed. Unfortunatly, It took like an hour to wrapped it with Copper Thermotec and copper wire, and seal it with their header paint before I saw that "SOMEONE" re-drilled one of the holes:banghead: I hope it will bolt up but I'll probably have to re-drill and re-tap it.

Thanks,

Chris
