Hi, I'm new to this forum. I just bought a 1990 Cadillac Coupe Deville with 42,000 original miles. BEAUTIFUL car, one owner, etc. When i start the car, the dash lights come on showing the speedometer, odometer, trip computer, etc. As soon as the car turns over all the power on the dash disappears and I cannot view anything on the dash. From start to finish the climate control system does not work. No fan or display at anytime. After the car starts, there is a clicking noise coming from the dash and everything goes dark. This is the first coupe deville I've owned and am not familiar with this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

** on a side note, when I turn on my BOSE DELCO radio, I get a HIGH pitched beeping noise and no radio whatsoever.
