I noticed a change in the menu. Even had a few PM's asking me where this or that went. Particularly the Northstar forum.

Sal is trying to clean up the forum page, to make it look cleaner.

:yeah:

A lot of stuff that had direct links on the main page is now hidden inside a more "general" header. I believe all the engine forums are now lumped in the "Engine discussion" main, then divided once you get inside.

Cleaner? less ads would be the best and help page load times greatly

I noticed that. I've gotten 1 PM about it. Surprised I have not gotten more or at least heard it discussed more.

It would be nice if television didn't have ads (commercials) either, but that's just not the way it works, unfortunately...

Bandwidth and servers ain't free brother- we have to pay for this place somehow.

If you'd like to repay this place for the info and entertainment you've found here, you can always become a Supporting Member (http://www.cadillacforums.com/subscribe.html). It has a lot of benefits, including fewer ads.

Things don't seem to be in a logical order. I would suggest swapping Cadillac Engine Discussion with General Discussion. Seems only logical to have engine forum right after the car forums as opposed being followed by the lounge. Am I making sense or is it just me?

Let's get more opinions.. I'll be glad to change it if most people feel this is the right way to go about the layout...

Thank you...

I rarely go into the engine section, but upon reading this I had a look and I can see why people are getting lost. It is very easy to miss it because it is in such small type and is the last section under the general discussion header. IMO, there should be a separate header just for engine stuff on the homepage with the sections listed below it.
