: Headlight question

I'm enjoying my STS-V very much. I spent yesterday programming all the personalization settings and going through the manual.
One thing's got me. The manual says that the turn signals should be on during the daytime when the headlight function is set to "auto". That is exactly the way the lights functioned until yesterday. But this morning I noticed that the green headlight indicator was lit (on the tach I think). I fooled around with the headlight switches all day but no luck. I can't get it back to just the turn signal lamps. I noticed that even with the green indicator on, the dash lighting is still in the daytime mode as is the GPS screen. Help, what did I do?

Windsheild wipers are "on". In rain sence mode . . . . move the wiper lever down to the bottom.

When the wipers are "on" the headlights are always on.

Here is the exact wording from your owner's manual on page 3-14:

When Rainsense™ is active, the headlamps will turn on
automatically. The headlamps will turn off again once
the wipers turn off if it is light enough outside. If it
is dark, they will remain on. See Wiper Activated
Headlamps on page 3-35.

Thanks Berger...I believe that's exactly the issue. It's dark out now so I can't test, but I'll see tomorrow. Hope this is the last problem I ever have with this car. Ahem.
