: "Hush" or "Gasp" Before Expected Throttle Response

I was checking my engine for excessive movement to see how my (factory) mount is holding up and in revving the motor I noticed that the second I press the gas pedal there is a short "hush" or "gasp" followed a half second later by the increase in RPM. I checked the entire intake path for vacuum leaks but did not find any. I have no codes. I made a recording of the sound and posted it here:

Any ideas on what this might be?

This sounds normal to me. You are hearing the sound of air moving through the intake as the butterfly valve in the throttle body opens. If you have another car with a naturally aspirated engine and you do the same test, I would be money you'll hear a similar sound.
