Nice! I'm not sure my neighbors would like me in the morning, but they probably don't anyway :)

not if you own a new STS ;-)

where can i get this and how much did it cost?

I respect that a lot of people like this effect, but it's just not for me. I like the surprise of a quiet car with more than a fair share of power. ( LOL - my neighbor across the street just revved his late 60's era muscle/show car - literally as I typed that last line).

I can respect that. The cabin noise is very little, but not dead silent, which I do miss. Im going to swich over to a store bought corsa, if I can find someone in the cleveland area with a STS V8 with corsa so I can see if its worth downgrading.

Nice! That sounds MEAN! How's it sound inside the car? If it's not too noticeable in highway cruising, I love it even more.

As long as you stay below 70mph (2k rpms in my shitty 2.73 carrier...) its dead silent with not a single noise. Around 2500 rpms it starts making some noise, and at 3k its droning waiting to get revved up to 6k. Driving around town, not getting on it, theres a muffled exhaust note the entire time, unless you stay under that 2k rpm cruise speed.

Nice... so wheres the how-to?? :D

My friends call that the redneck exhaust. I had a 1999 Camaro Z28 with no muffler, stock cats and y-pipe. With the exhaust routed out the back bumper, it was pretty tame, you could hear it cruising at 70-80mph, but it wasn't unbearable. Normal conversation was still possible on the interstate, but when you put the hammer down, it was pretty damn loud. Sounded like NASCAR with the volume turned to 1/2.

I liked it !

Hmmmmm. A How-To.

Personally, I like the 'stealth mode'. Give me quiet (my preference); it still barks enough when I get on it. But don't go by me, I quickly heading to old fart status.
