Hi guys,

I am experiencing one very strange issue with the nav system on the Cadillac STS 2008. I have Denso navigation and it worked great until voice prompts are occasionally gone (but they did work). I have not changed a setting; tried to turn voice prompts on in settings - no luck.

Saying "voice prompts" I mean the guidance like "turn left in the 100 yards" pronounced during driving.

Does anyone know some solution to such strange problem?

Unfortunately they also does not work on the same roads where they worked before - just inside one big city (Moscow).
I've specially checked this.

Yes I did. I've set it to 6 (out of maximum 7). But prompts still don't work.

It's starting to sound like you'll have to have the firmware in the NAV reflashed by your dealer.
